What we collect, and why

To handle your order we keep your name, email address, delivery address and what you bought. We use them to deliver your order, to answer your questions and because tax law requires us to keep order records (for seven years in the Netherlands).

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details directly and processes them under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number.

Cookies and statistics

This shop sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It uses one functional cookie to remember your cart. We count visits without cookies: with an anonymous code that changes every day, so no one can be followed from one day to the next, kept for about a year.

Who else sees your data

The carrier that delivers your parcel, Stripe for the payment, and the provider that hosts this shop. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You may ask us which of your data we keep, and to correct or delete it, at the address on our contact page. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
